We are leading a week long trip to Tucson Arizona for a crash course in diet and exercise. Your tour guides (personal trainers and a dietitian) will guide you through daily workouts, hikes, food ideas, cooking lessons, question and answer in a group atmosphere, and you'll have some down time as well. Get your year started off right with a mind-cleansing trip that will fill your brain with useful information!

We are planning to stay at the Courtyard Inn Tucson. The trip is 5 days/4 nights leaving Monday morning and returning Friday evening. The price is $2000 and includes the following:
